Nutrition is an important part of health. NHFC feels there are certain nutrients that are important to have in your diet. These nutrients are Vitamin D, probiotics, calcium/magnesium, and Omega-3.

There are other things to pay attention to in your diet as well. Refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) should be eliminated from your diet. The average diet contains so much of these 2 ingredients that some authorities believe they have become an irritant to our bodies.

Another ingredient to monitor in your diet is gluten. Gluten can be found in wheat, barley, and rye to name a few. As you can see, these are very common grains. But too much of a good thing can be challenging to your body.
